I used to own one of these, and i, unfortunatly had to sell it while I was laid-off. I am planning on purchasing another one, mainly because it is the best handgun I've ever had the opportunity to shoot. It is dead on accurate and you can unload it as quickly as you can pull the trigger without having to worry about jamming. GREAT GUN!!

A couple years now with my Glock, changed from Government models and the unfortunate assignment of USAF M9 Baretta. Now, off duty or on nothing but the Glock .45 My model 21 is the only thing more reliable than my old Fords except that the cars have never saved my life. Danke Heir Glock. F.D.

Glock 21C

I recently bought a Glock 21C in .45 ACP and it is outstanding! For over 20 years i have carried the venerable Colt Government Model also in .45 ACP, and altho i still love my old colt, the Glock with it 13 round magazine capacity and ease of dissasembly is hard to beat and no matter what kind of ammo i feed it,it shoots like a champ! So now wherever i go my Glock 21 go's with me.

On duty and reliable

I am a law enforcement officer and this gun has not served me wrong yet. I do not know of another gun that could hold up to the wear and tear that I have put mine through. Rain, snow, heat, mud, dirt, you name it. It's reliable, it's smooth, it's accurate (hit small dinner plate at approx. 40 yds. first shot), and it's idiot proof. I also use a Blackhawk Serpa 3 which I swear by! Unless a person is used to the holster than they will not be able to get your gun. Not only that but after practicing drawing about 5-7 times, I could draw faster than my Uncle Mike's Pro 3 holster. This gun is DEFINATELY a keeper...especially coupled with a Blackhawk holster.

Glock 21

I have fired over 10,000 rounds with the 1911, having spent many years in USMC. I love the killing and knockdown of the .45 round but know from training thousands of Marines that it is not easy to learn to use effectively. In the Marine Corps you were not allowed to carry it cocked and locked-most did-but accidental discharges were all too common. Having to rack a round and then aim and shoot is way too slow-death defying. A couple of years ago I started shooting the 21 and loved it.(it is sorta ugly) Recently I took my 21 year old niece who had never fired a hand gun to a shooting range. I had her shoot 50 rds of .22 to learn the basics. Then I had her shoot 75 rounds with the 21. She put 95% of her rounds on the 81/2 x 11 target with 50% in the 8,9 and 10 ring at 7 meters and 10 meters. She could control the gun, wasn't frightened by the kick because it is less than with a 1911 and most surprisingly learned trigger control with the DA of the 21 which I thought would take longer for her to learn. The safety, accuracy and easy to learn use makes it a terrific hangun.

It took a long time to get this baby, but it was worth the wait. Very nice gun, well made and accurate. 45ACP is my all time favorite cal. This gun is like the G20 10MM in every way, I have 800 plus rounds threw it now, and it will feed anything. SWC, round nose, hollow point, it don''''t care. It just keeps on ticken.

Combat/CHL dose it all!

Bought a G21 for just for hiking. However I can shoot it so darn well it ended up being my daily carry gun. It never jams is easy to clean and the kick is very very soft. The g21 will really reach out and touch the bad people. 50 yards is cake and 100 is not out of the question. My only suggestion is that if your getting it as a CHL peice then pop for the sf vershion.Still i don't have big hands but still manage to shoot a regular 4th gen G21 just fine.

First, the service was excellent and my Glock 21 was shipped promptly .My purchase was mainly for target practice and home /personal protection. I went to the range for the first today, with my new Glock 21, and it performed smoothly and accurately. Absolutely no regrets and I would recommend it to anyone.

I guess you can say that my stepdad started to carry A Glock first in the family. He was A county sheriff in Wisconsin and very old school for the .357 service revolver. But in 1994 that all changed. On A visit back home he told me the department was getting new pistols and that turned out to be the glock 21 45.I replied The king of the wheel guns broke down and got an automatic.I knew this gun was something special. It was perfect and he carried it for five years untill he step down in 1998 from active duty. His 21 never failed him and he was one of top shots on the department. He passed away in 2001,but duty pistols his first automatic his Glock and it was A winner.I own A Glock 22/40 and love it.

I took a few weeks for delivery even though it was in stock. It arrived in new condition as described. I took it to the range along with my 10MM barrel. I ran a couple clips of 45s through it. No problems. I changed barrels and put 30 rounds of 10MM through it without a hitch. I then loaded it up with 40s and ran about 50 rounds through it. No problems. It was very accurate out to 15 yards with all ammo. Very nice gun, it runs like a Glock!

No big surprise here. A long time Glock owner of copies in .40, 10 mm, 9 mm, I finally found the need to have a copy in .45 ACP. This is dimensionally identical to my Glock 20 in 10 mm, and operationally identical to full/mid size Glocks Gen 1-3 ]the subcompacts having a two-stage recoil spring[. The Glock 21 and 20 are considered by some to be too large a grip ]noticeably larger than the 9/40/357[, but with larger hands it works out well for me.
