great gun for self defense! (just keep in mind it's full size, might be hard to conceal depending on what kind of clothes you're wearing. glock 23 is the 40 cal compact, it's smaller and alot easier to conceal, i'm considering trading in my glock 22 for a glock 23 for that very reason. i'll lose 2 rounds from the 15 round mag, but then again, i don't plan on missing my mark 13 times anyway, LOL!)

I have owned my Glock 22 for 2 months, 450 rounds of four different mfgs ammo. Not one fail to fire. Cannot beat Glock quality. this is one of 7 pistols I own and already my favorite.

I started owning A glock 22 pistol in 1994 and I just love it.I have fired well over 5,000 rounds and NO failures.Excellent pistol and on 8-22-09 I pickup my New G22/40.Also, in 1994 my stepdad A Wisconsin county sheriff his department switched from revolvers to Glock 21 45''s.We both owned GLOCKS.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT AFTER NEAR 1200 RNDS FIRED I HAVE HAD NO FAILURES.ONLY MODIFICATIONS AT THIS TIME WERE A PAIR OF NIGHT SIGHTS,THE EXTRA SIX 15 RND MAGAZINES AND MY BLACKHAWK SERPA HOLSTER.NEXT INVESTMENT MAYBE A G27 OR A G37.

What great service, quick shipping. Bought one for my husband and I and received sequential serial numbers (which my husband thought was pretty cool!). Had called customer service regarding a question and was greeted with a "smiling face" on the other side of the phone and with appropriate, fast response. Typical Glock...took it out of the box and started using it on the job immediately and without any issues at all. Have yet to clean them, though we''ve both taken ours apart and inspected them. Will DEFINITELY buy from you guys again!

This pistol is the perfect fit. It sits the middle of the road if you can not decide between the 9mm and the 45. Glock is known for durability and that was the Number 1 reason for my purchase.

I am a retired police officer. I used this gun for duty for years and loved it. Now that I am retired I missed having it and enjoy shooting and having some of the best personal protection money can buy. The Glocks are a very simple and very good quality gun. Nuff said.

Bought my Glock 22 last year and absolutely love it. The night sights I have are great. No laser to trace back to shooter. It shoots straight and hits hard. Feels good in the hand and comes up well. Very simple and durable. Would definitely recommend it.

got my g22 some weeks ago and i am loving it. the rounds cycle excellently and u don''t have to remember a whole lot of switches and nobs just to get the firearm ready to shoot. it has itz own safety mechanisms that make it cool. the g22 is relatively light but packs the powers of much bigger guns. shot several rounds the other day with no problems at all and it was very easy to acquire my targets. i would most definitely recommend the glock 22 for self-defense and just to have a quality range time.

I THOUGHT I WOULDN''T WANT ANOTHER GLOCK PERIOD AFTER I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ONE IN 2009.BUT RECENTLY AT A RANGE I WAS ABLE TO SHOOT A NEW G-22 GEN 4 AND BOY I WAS WRONG.THE OLD GLOCK COMPANY HAS MADE A WINNER.I AM STILL A BIG FAN.THE 40S&W IS A DAMM GOOD LOAD FOR SHOOTING BUT FOR PERSONNEL PRO- TECTION. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
